HYDRAULIC CYLINDER REBUILD

It is important to make sure that the hydraulic systems on your mining equipment are running in top condition. External and internal oil leaks due to worn-out seals and damaged internal components can lead to equipment failures.

Our Hydraulics workshop has computerized testing equipment that ensures the rebuild of your cylinders meets hydraulic pressures and essential criteria needed for your cylinder's maximum performance.

STRIPPING

After an initial inspection, the cylinder is cleaned and then stripped down for further analysis to determine the extent of the damage.

REPLACEMENT & REPAIR

The parts are assessed to determine whether reconditioning, repair, or replacement is required.

Seals are replaced with OEM or equivalent high performance products.

ASSEMBLY

The whole assembly is painted to prevent corrosion. New Bushes, Grease Nipples, Bolts, Seal kits, and

O-rings are installed.

Large Hydraulic cylinders are loaded to the hydraulic strip bench to have the bolts torqued to the its specifications.

HYDRAULIC TESTING

To ensure the Hydraulic cylinder is performing as required, the hydraulic strip bench's computerized system runs the cylinder through a series of operating tests and provides precise analysis of its performance.
